We’ve designed our recruitment process to be clear, inclusive, and efficient.
You can view and apply for vacancies above. We recommend tailoring each application to the specific role—even if applying for multiple positions—to create a compelling application and help reviewers assess your suitability for the role. We aim to update candidates within four weeks of applying.
Most interview processes include at least two interviews and a written assessment (depending on the role). While we prefer in-person interviews at our London office, video interviews may be arranged where appropriate. -
We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, where every individual is respected and valued. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, irrespective of their background or personal circumstances.
Work continuously to ensure fairness and consistency throughout our recruitment process. All applications are anonymised at the initial review stage, and we apply structured assessment criteria to evaluate candidates fairly through shortlisting and interview stages.
Interviewers receive regular training on unconscious bias to support inclusive and objective decision-making at every stage. -
If we’re not currently recruiting for a suitable role, you can still register your interest.
By applying to a role or connecting with our careers page, you can express interest in specific roles or teams and receive updates as new vacancies arise.
We retain candidate details for one year and may contact you if a suitable opportunity becomes available. You can manage your preferences through your candidate account.

Eligibility to work in the UK is verified during the final stages of the recruitment process.
All candidates must either have the right to work in the UK or meet the Home Office criteria for visa sponsorship.
Wedlake Bell sponsors Skilled Worker Visas for a limited number of roles—primarily qualified fee-earning positions. If you’re unsure whether sponsorship applies to a role, please contact our recruitment team.
-
Wedlake Bell operates a strict Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and works exclusively with agencies on that list.
We do not accept speculative or unsolicited CVs, profiles or introductions from PSL or non-PSL agencies.
Any unsolicited submissions will be treated as a gift, and we reserve the right to contact the candidate directly without accepting the agency’s terms or incurring a fee.
-
We want every candidate to have the opportunity to perform at their best.
If you have a disability or require any adjustments to support you during the recruitment process—such as alternative formats, additional time, or accessible interview arrangements—please let us know when you apply or contact our recruitment team directly.
We will work with you to ensure a fair and supportive experience.
