Wedlake Bell is pleased to host its Open Day on Tuesday 8 December 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to visit the firm, meet our people and learn more about what it's like to train and qualify as a solicitor at Wedlake Bell.

Whether you are exploring a career in law or beginning to think about which type of firm might be right for you, the Open Day will provide valuable insight into life at a mid-sized City law firm. You'll have the opportunity to hear from our lawyers, trainees and Early Careers team, and gain a better understanding of our training programme, culture and commitment to excellence.

The day will also give you an insight into the benefits of training as part of a close-knit trainee intake, where personalised support, high-quality training and meaningful responsibility are at the heart of the trainee experience.

At Our Open Day

Attendees will be able to meet Partners, Associates and Trainees from the firm, attend a networking lunch, and participate in workshops to help you find out more about the type of work that Wedlake Bell is involved in.
How to Apply
Applications for our Open Day will open on November 2026. The deadline to submit your application is 16 November 2026 at 23:59.
All applicants must have begun an undergraduate degree.

Applications are welcome from anyone who has begun or completed an undergraduate degree. You will need to be on track for a 2.1.
Please note, this is an Open Day designed for the Training Contract route.
Frequently Asked Questions

Will my travel expenses be reimbursed?
Yes, Wedlake Bell will reimburse reasonable travelling expenses from within the UK and Ireland. A copy of your receipt is required, and reimbursement will be paid by payment transfer. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any expenses incurred if you travel back from a holiday to attend the open day. Only public transport costs will be considered for reimbursement. If you are considering travelling by taxi, please contact the Early Careers team before starting your journey. You can email the team with any questions using earlycareers@wedlakebell.com.
